green smoothie


  • 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • Water (add until you reach desired consistency, at least 1/3 cup)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend! This recipe makes 4 servings so you will definitely have leftovers. Add water until you reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in glass containers in the fridge for later.
