  • 5 large pickles
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup of Italian bread crumbs
  • Pinch of dried dill


  1. Remove the pickles from the jar and pat dry. 
  2. Slice pickles into 1/4" slices.
  3. Beat eggs in small bowl.
  4. Combine bread crumbs and dill in separate bowl.
  5. Dip pickle slices in egg mixture, then toss in bread crumb mixture. Continue until all pickle slices are complete.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees, or the highest temperature.
  7. Bake pickles for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with ranch.
