  • 2 dozen Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 cup ranch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and chicken broth in a skillet over medium heat. Stir until creamy.
  2. Add paprika, salt, and pepper to sauce mixture. 
  3. Add ranch and chicken to sauce mixture.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring every minute.
  5. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Fill sweet rolls with buffalo chicken mixture, serve immediately.
