INGREDIENTS

  • 26 oz bag frozen hash browns
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish, set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients except for 1 cup of cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Spread mixture into baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
