Creamy and Cheesy Hot Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS

• 1 bag frozen spinach, thawed
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
• 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
• 1 tbsp garlic salt
• 1 tbsp dried minced onion
• 1 tsp dried red pepper flakes
• Crackers for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a medium baking dish and set aside.
2. Drain spinach in a colander and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.
3. Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a medium sized bowl with a mixer.
4. Add spinach, 1 1/2 cup of each cheese, and spices into cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
5. Spread mixture into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
7. Serve immediately with crackers.
