INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles
  • 1 lb ground turkey (or beef!)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 24 oz jar of red pasta sauce
  • 22 oz jar of Alfredo sauce, Prego is my personal favorite!
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning, divided

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 9"x13" pan. Set aside.
  3. In a medium sized skillet, heat olive oil and ground turkey over high heat. Cook until browned, set aside.
  4. Heat a large pot of water until boiling. Add in spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Add red pasta sauce and 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning to ground turkey. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
  6. Add Alfredo sauce and Italian seasoning to cooked noodles. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
  7. Pour noodles into baking pan. Layer meat mixture on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of meat mixture. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese on top is melted.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
