  • 1 lb box of bow tie pasta
  • 8 oz block of feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Cracked red pepper flakes
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Prepare a 8x8" baking pan with cooking spray and place your block of feta cheese in the center. Surround it with cherry tomatoes.
  2. Pour olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over the dish.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until tomatoes have bursted.
  4. While the tomatoes are cooking, cook the pasta according to package directions and set aside.
  5. Remove from the oven and add minced garlic, basil, and additional seasonings if desired. Stir until well combined.
  6. Stir the tomato-cheese mixture into the pasta and stir until well combined.
  7. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the pasta to taste. Serve immediately.
