  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 8 slices of brioche bread


  1. Whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large, shallow bowl.
  2. Bring your pan or griddle to medium heat.
  3. Dip a piece of bread into the mixture, ensuring you coat all sides. Place the slice of bread on the griddle or pan. Cook and flip until each side is golden brown. Repeat with other slices.
  4. Serve immediately with maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and other toppings!
