INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions
  • 3 ripe haas avocados
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 large roma tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp diced jalapeños

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove pit from avocados and scoop avocados into a large mixing bowl. Mash the avocados.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients and stir slowly. Be careful to not over-stir!
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until it's time to serve. Serve with tortilla chips!
