- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz can of diced green chiles
- 12 oz sliced white American cheese
- 1 cup milk
- Diced jalapeños to taste
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- Place cream cheese and American cheese in small/medium-sized pot on medium heat.
- As the cheeses melt, add in remaining ingredients.
- Cook and stir for 5-8 minutes or until completely melted and combined.
- Add extra milk for a more "runny" cheese dip.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
