  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz can of diced green chiles
  • 12 oz sliced white American cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • Diced jalapeños to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cumin


  1. Place cream cheese and American cheese in small/medium-sized pot on medium heat.
  2. As the cheeses melt, add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook and stir for 5-8 minutes or until completely melted and combined. 
  4. Add extra milk for a more "runny" cheese dip.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
