  • 4 bell peppers in the color of your choosing, red are my favorite!
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 450.
  2. Remove the top, stem, and seed center of each bell pepper. Chop the bell peppers into chunky slices.
  3. Add the bell pepper slices, oregano, and olive oil to a large mixing bowl. Toss them until the pepper slices are well coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Spread the pepper slices across the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
