Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp minced garlic
  • 12 oz frozen shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 8 oz cooked linguini pasta
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese to taste
  • Salt, pepper, fresh chopped parsley, and roasted red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguini according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil, wine, and butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add in garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add in shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook the shrimp on each side for 2 minutes or until just turning pink.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, and roasted red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.
  5. Combine pasta with shrimp and sauce then serve immediately. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
