Check out this easy (and delicious) Slow Cooker Pasta Recipe, adapted from The Magical Slow Cooker!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, thawed
  • 16 oz. Olive Garden Italian dressing (or any Italian dressing you like)
  • 16 oz penne pasta, cooked according to package directions (do this at the end)
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
  2. Pour over the Olive Garden Italian dressing and sprinkle over half of the parmesan cheese and all of the salt and pepper you would like.
  3. Place the cream cheese on top.
  4. Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
  5. When the cooking time is almost done, start cooking the pasta on the stove top as directed on the package.
  6. Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Drain the pasta and add to the chicken and sauce. Stir. Sprinkle over the remaining parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
